These days, when I’m stressed, I no longer feel the full effect of it. On certain days, I’ll end up oversleeping which means my body is begging for more rest time because I’m about to sleep and at other times, when I’m so anxious about certain things, I end up having a very messed up body clock which loves waking me up after 6 hours of sleep no matter how late I went to bed. Last weekend, it woke me up at 4am in the morning–on a Sunday!?!?! How crazy is that?
Anyway, hope you’re not going through the same thing as me! It’s a funny but not so funny situation to be in!
