The first thing I do when I wake up is check my phone.  (But yes, I know I need to change that habit soon to meditating or practicing how to be grateful or something.) Anyway, I was scrolling my feed and stumbled upon the #VSFashionShow hashtag thanks to the fact that I’m stalking a couple of Victoria’s Secret angels as well as up & coming models.

VS Fashion Show Dilemma

For a while there, I imagined myself eating healthy and thinking “Oooh! Yummy yummy salmon salad with very little dressing and having freshly-pressed fruit juice” for the rest of my life.  Then I started thinking about how I should focus on my abdominal muscles for my workout.  I’ve been walking almost every day all day during three-fourths of my trip to Europe. Sure, the walking helped me maintain my weight but my daily dose of chocolates and desserts didn’t help my fluffy belly.  It totaly feels like a pillow–so far from those abs of steel presented in the runway.

However, If there’s one thing I always tell everyone, you can let me exercise but you can’t take away my chocolates.  You can go on a low carb diet and you can have my rice but please, please don’t tke away my first love–the one that puts happiness and meaning into my life. 🙂

So, you guessed it.  The inspiration was short-lived.  Well, I will still be working out but about my diet, I’ll try to think about it. 😉 *Ah….Sorry for disappointing you health buffs.*

Forever Stubborn,

Tipsy ❤

Same feels with me. Sometimes I wonder if I’ll ever get to that lovely abs of steel that I’d been dreaming. Haha! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
