Every now & then I would stumble upon a celebrity’s Instagram or Twitter account & scroll down for comments. What I end up finding is some YouTube like comments section where people would have already died if words could kill. Apparently, no amount of good deed can ever please the naysayers and those who want to comment will always have something to comment. It’s a hobby & there should be a club for it don’t you think?
I’m pretty sure this is only 1 of the 1,000 other sins you can commit on social networking sites: from mentioning the same topic over and over again (which I’m actually guilty of…*oops*), turning the spotlight towards you when someone else is celebrating, forcing people to have a conversation with you, talking about how you actually have the biggest problem in the world making yourself look shallow and apathetic (especially in the light of a national tragedy) and spreading your personal cryptic wrath over social media leaving people wondering and paranoid as to whom you’re talking about.
Thanks to a conversation with a couple of friends Aina & Donna, I was able to come up with this list of how to be annoying on social networking sites ! Okay, there, there. I should stop ranting now or this blog post shall appear as an example on a “How to be an Annoying Blogger” list somewhere on the www. *Yikes*
