In a perfect world, and probably a boring one at that, we would all probably be sleeping or eating all the time! However, in real life, schedules can get toxic–so toxic in fact that we tend to forget to eat or rest in between (or, maybe it’s just me yesterday because most of the time, I munch on stuff while I’m busy doing something). Last night, I fell asleep & I forgot to eat. For the first time in such a long time, I’m on an instant diet because my tummy hates me today for accidentally passing up on dinner. When you’re just drained & feeling zombie-ish, you end up having that eat versus sleep dilemma knowing that unfortunately, both have ugly consequences you’ll have to face. Gaaahhh!
